"AUGUST Group" LLC has been operating in the Russian watch market since 1995. From the very beginning of work, the main activity of the company is the distribution of watch products from world famous manufacturers. Our brand portfolio includes well-known brands such as CASIO, CITIZEN, Q&Q, as well as HAAS&Cie and BURETT, which we deal with on an exclusive basis.
Distribution of watch products is not limited to watch import operations and servicing wholesale customers. Our company is actively engaged in the promotion of brands in Russia and, together with the Russian representative offices of manufacturers, actively participates in marketing campaigns.
To implement the program to open branded CASIO stores, our company opened Russia's first monobrand stores in Moscow, several customers followed our example, in turn opening similar stores in their regions. At the moment, more than 70 CASIO Watch Factory are opened in Russia in all major cities and regional centers.

• 1995 signed a distribution agreement with the CASIO brand
• 1997 signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Japan CBM (Q&Q brand)
• 2002 the first own watch store of Megachas retail chain was opened
• 2005 all import operations were transferred to the company AVANTA ELECTRONICS.
• 2010 signed distribution agreement with Japan CBM for CITIZEN brand
• 2014 the exclusive GSHOCK Store was opened - the only store in Russia with the most complete and exclusive range of G-SHOCK watches
• 2015 The total number of mono-brand CASIO Watch Stores reached 55 in all regions of Russia
At present, a group of companies "AUGUST Group" has been formed, including the parent company itself, responsible for wholesale sales in the Russian Federation, "AVANTA ELECTRONICS", which is responsible for the group's foreign trade relations, and the network of retail watch stores Megachas (currently managing a network of 20 retail stores in throughout the Russian Federation)
